Aside perhaps from murder there can be no greater crime than treason; when an individual, or individuals, betrays the security and safety of their own nation to designs of a foreign power. Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]."

Today in Britain, after a long period of peace, stability and safety, few people are aware of the crime of treason, let alone the idea that treason against us is being committed on a daily basis. Add that it is our own government that is committing that treason, aided and abetted by key civil servants and others, and most people will express disbelief. They may well dismiss it ... ”No. That can’t be true!” They might attack the messenger ... ”You’re mad to believe that!” Or they might just put their heads in the sand and say ... ”I really don’t want to know.” Just a few will have the courage to say ... ”Tell me more or prove it”, yet these are the people who start the spark of truth and realisation, that the British nation is indeed being betrayed. Should that treason and betrayal be successful, we will be enslaved to a foreign power with the full characteristics of a communist or fascist police state.

That treason was afoot, was discovered and exposed by ex Special Constable Albert Burgess. Applying a policeman’s nose for criminal activity, Mr Burgess spent much time and effort examining the comprehensive documentary evidence for treason compiled by researcher Dave Barnby. He concluded that:

Treason was originally committed by Tory Prime Minister Ted Heath, in 1972 by handing power over to a foreign power, namely the European Union, despite clear written advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office that this would lead to the loss of Great Britain as a free nation state in less than 30 years.

Armed with the documentary evidence showing treason how treason was committed, and in many cases by whom, over 40 complaints of treason have be laid at the door of police stations across Britain by loyal members of the general public. In the beginning, and as expected, many of the complaints were simply dismissed and/or blocked by police to weaken and delay the crime reporting procedures. Despite their efforts, knowledge and understanding of the evidence submitted began to spread. But so did the knowledge that those failing to take action on evidence of treason are themselves guilty of misprision of treason, a charge as serious as treason itself. Nothing prompts action as fast as self preservation and it comes as no surprise that charges of treason have now arrived with the Crown Prosecution Service for consideration. They too will be guilty of misprision of treason should they fail to take action.

We ask you to join us in reporting treason as a crime with your local police. Progress is being made, but we must keep up the pressure. Read CA's Guide to how to deal with the police for this purpose, and feel free to call us to ask any questions.
